We currently ship throughout the USA.
- Standard Shipping: $5.75 on orders under $75
- Free Shipping: on orders $75+
- Express Shipping: $12.75
- Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once your order is with the carrier.
Returns
We hope you love your Charmed NY jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original gift box and/or jewelry pouch and in their original, unworn condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
To start a return, log into your customer account and follow the return instructions. No password is required.
A $5.75 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for your own tracked return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
1 Year Guarantee
We stand behind our jewelry. If something happens to your Charmed NY piece within one year of purchase, please contact us at info@charmed-ny.com and we’ll assess the item for repair or replacement.
Please include your order details and a brief description of the issue. Once we receive the item, please allow approximately 7–14 days for repair or replacement.
Final Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but they are still covered by our 1 Year Guarantee for genuine product faults.
