Returns

It's easy!

Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase.  All items must be returned in their original gift box and/or jewelry pouch, inside a padded envelope.  Original shipping costs are not refundable and we do not accept returns on Final Sale items.

To initiate a return and print your label at home, log into your customer account (no password required) and follow the instructions. 

The flat rate fee for a return label is $4.75. This is via USPS and includes tracking.

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Alternatively, you may purchase your own return label from a carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a tracking service when returning products as we are not responsible for postal losses. Please use the following address:

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

1 Year Guarantee

We are confident in our product and we want you to feel the same.  If anything happens to your item within 1 year of purchase we will repair or replace it - guaranteed. Final Sale items not included.

To begin this process, email customer service at: info@charmed-ny.com with an explanation of the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions as to how to proceed.  Please allow 7-14 days once we have received the item for repairs or replacement.
